Creed T. Tucker [Top]
Creed is a founding member and the managing member of our firm. He has spent his entire career in insurance defense. Over his career, Creed has gained substantial experience in all areas of insurance defense litigation, including successfully handling appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court and defending matters in federal court. Creed is well-respected by both the plaintiff and defense bars and is often selected to arbitrate injury cases. Presently, he oversees the insurance coverage and specialty claims practices of our firm.
Creed received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign and his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois College of Law.
Creed is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has been admitted pro hac vice for individual cases in Wisconsin, Indiana and Missouri. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Appellate Lawyers Association of Illinois, Defense Research Institute and Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel.

Peter is an associate handling workers' compensation, general negligence, premises liability, auto liability, contract litigation, insurance coverage litigation, warehouse liability and employment litigation matters.
Peter received his Bachelor of Arts & Science Degree from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctor from Loyola School of Law.
Peter is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

David W. Rosemeyer [Top]
David is an associate handling general negligence, premises liability, auto liability, and UM/UIM claims.
David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law.
David is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the U.S. District for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Randall E. Server [Top]
Randy is of-counsel to the firm. He has been active in various areas of litigation in both federal and state courts for over 45 years. His primary areas of practice are business and chancery litigation, class action defense and insurance defense. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the State of Illinois and is an arbitration panelist for the Circuit Court of Cook County and is a Commercial Calendar Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Randy received his A.B. degree Cum laude from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
Randy is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois. He is also a member of the Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.

Jessica B. Tucker [Top]
Jessica is Of-Counsel to the firm. She has practiced in various areas of law, with a focus on workers' compensation, civil litigation and appellate matters. She has more than 30 years of experience in these fields.
Jessica received her B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Jessica is admitted to practice law in the states of Illinois, Michigan and Colorado. She is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Jessica serves as an Arbitration Panelist for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Mandatory Arbitration Program. Jessica is a member of the Appellate Lawyers Association of Illinois, Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association, National Association of Professional Women, and University of Michigan Club of Chicago.
In May, 2013, Jessica completed her second term as Village President for the Village of Winnetka, having been elected to a two-year term in 2009, and re-elected for a second term in 2011 and was a Village Trustee from 2004 to 2008. Jessica is the 2013 recipient of the New Trier Township George E. Noyes Community Spirit Award. Jessica has served on numerous Boards such as Winnetka Youth Organization, New Trier Caucus, Winnetka Caucus Council, Winnetka Plan Commission, and local parent teacher organizations.
